File Transfer Instructions

	Once the Power Point presentations are complete they need to be sent to St Ivo (marked for the attention of Claire Morrison) on a CD which has been provided to primary schools.
	Please follow the instruction given in this document: Click Here.
	Please use the following format for the naming of the PowerPoint files: 08 followed by the first three letters of the first name and then the first three letters of the surname then the name of the school: E.G. John Smith from Wheatfields would be 08JohSmi Wheatfields Robert Davies from Thorndown would be 08RobDav Thorndown
